Describe what types of existing active and inactive facilities are present. -Starting near station 26+20 (pole 041-921) on the SE corner of the intersection at SR 26 & Xxxxxx Xx., Duke Energy has a 3ph 15kV OH pole line that spans both east and west. The westward span runs along the south side of Xxxxxx Xx for ~0.2 miles to station 16+30 (pole 041-926) where the OH pole line changes to 2ph and continues west ~0.1 miles to pole 041-905 then continues west out of the project area. -At station 24+50 there is 3ph UG primary feed that serves the Rolls Royce Building. -At pole 041-924, station 21+20, there is a 3ph OH span that crosses Xxxxxx Xx to the north. -Near station 18+40 there is 1ph primary UG spanning north under Xxxxxx Xx. -The 3ph UG (installed as part of the Xxxxxxx Xx project) that spans from station 16+40 (pole 041-927) to the switchgear at station 12+50 will be abandoned. Please see the notes on the drawings titled Exhibit A that will be included with the submission of this document for more information. Duke Energy is unable to confirm whether or not there are any underground, inactive Duke Energy facilities present. Regardless, any such inactive facilities should be considered abandoned in place, and therefore, subject to neither removal nor preservation by Duke Energy.

The employee continues to be the incumbent of the position from which they are detailed.
