Depths definition

Depths means the current operating depths as specified in the New Zealand port of Gisborne chart NZ 5613 as corrected as at 1 November 1338."
Depths. (subsoil) – means a part of the earth’s crust beneath soil layer; if the soil layer is not available it means the part of the earth’s crust beneath earth surface, seabed and ground of lakes and rivers extending to the depths accessible for Depths Operations subject to scientific and technological advance.
