Deprecation. While Services may be updated or changed, Mapbox will notify customers via email or website posting at least 12 months prior to a material deprecation of your production Service, unless Mapbox determines that: (i) Mapbox cannot do so by law or by contract (including if there is a change in applicable law or contract); or (ii) continuing to provide the Services could create a potential security risk or substantial economic or technical burden.

Deprecation. We will notify you (notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 13.1 (Notices), via email sent to the email address associated with your account) at least 12 months prior to any deprecation of a material functionality of your Services, unless we, in our sole discretion, reasonably determines that: (i) we cannot do so by law or by contract (including if there is a change in applicable law or contract); or (ii) continuing to provide the Services could create a potential security risk or substantial economic or technical burden.
Deprecation. Atlan will announce if it intends to discontinue or make backwards incompatible changes to its APIs or Services. This policy is applicable unless a different deprecation policy is indicated by Xxxxx in writing in the applicable Atlan Grid API or service agreement or policies. These Deprecation Terms do not apply to versions, features, and functionality labeled as “experimental” or “beta”. Experimental versions, features, and functionality may be deprecated at any time.

  • Noise The Hirer shall ensure that the minimum of noise is made on arrival and departure, particularly late at night and early in the morning. The Hirer shall, if using sound amplification equipment, make use of any noise limitation device provided at the premises and comply with any other licensing condition for the premises.

  • Nuisances Tenant shall not perform any acts or carry on any practice which may injure the demised premises or be a nuisance or menace to other tenants in the Shopping Center.

  • Cooking The University will permit cooking only in the designated kitchen areas of the University Housing. In all other areas, cooking is permitted only with University approved appliances. The following appliances are prohibited: toaster ovens, microwave ovens larger than 800 xxxxx, refrigerators larger than 4.2 cubic feet, gas grills, steamers and any open-flame cooking device or heating unit.   • Nuisance Company will not commit any nuisance, waste, or injury on the Airport and will not do or permit to be done anything that may result in the creation, commission or maintenance of such nuisance, waste, or injury.

  • No Nuisance Tenant shall conduct its business and control its agents, employees, invitees and visitors in such a manner as not to create any nuisance, or interfere with, annoy or disrupt any other tenant or Landlord in its operation of the Building or Project.

  • Obstruction The sidewalks, entries, passages, corridors, halls, lobbies, stairways, elevators and other common facilities of the Building shall be controlled by Landlord and shall not be obstructed by Tenant or used for any purposes other than ingress or egress to and from the Premises. Tenant shall not place any item in any of such locations, whether or not any such item constitutes an obstruction, without the prior written consent of Landlord. Landlord shall have the right to remove any obstruction or any such item without notice to Tenant and at the expense of Tenant. The floors, skylights and windows that reflect or admit light into any place in said Building shall not be covered or obstructed by Tenant.

  • Sidewalks entrances, passages, elevators, vestibules, stairways, corridors, halls, lobby and any other part of the Building shall not be obstructed or encumbered by any Tenant or used for any purpose other than ingress or egress to and from each tenant’s premises. Landlord shall have the right to control and operate the common portions of the Building and exterior facilities furnished for common use of the tenants (such as the eating, smoking, and parking areas) in such a manner as Landlord deems appropriate.

  • Waste Borrower shall not commit or suffer any waste of the Property or make any change in the use of the Property which will in any way materially increase the risk of fire or other hazard arising out of the operation of the Property, or take any action that might invalidate or give cause for cancellation of any Policy, or do or permit to be done thereon anything that may in any way impair the value of the Property or the security of this Security Instrument. Borrower will not, without the prior written consent of Lender, permit any drilling or exploration for or extraction, removal, or production of any minerals from the surface or the subsurface of the Land, regardless of the depth thereof or the method of mining or extraction thereof.

  • Trash Tenant shall not allow anything to be placed on the outside of the Building, nor shall anything be thrown by Tenant out of the windows or doors, or down the corridors, elevator shafts, or ventilating ducts or shafts of the Building. All trash shall be placed in receptacles provided by Tenant on the Premises or in any receptacles provided by Landlord for the Building.

  • Smoke This peril means sudden and accidental damage from smoke, including the emission or puffback of smoke, soot, fumes or vapors from a boiler, furnace or related equipment. This peril does not include loss caused by smoke from agricultural smudging or industrial operations.
