DEPOSIT PROTECTION SCHEME. 2.1 Eligible deposits of depositors (including all types of ordinary deposits such as current accounts, savings accounts, secured deposits and time deposits with a maturity of not more than 5 years) are protected by the Deposit Protection Scheme ("Scheme") under the Deposit Protection Scheme Ordinance (Cap 581), for up to HK$500,000 in aggregate per depositor per Scheme member. The Bank is a member of the Deposit Protection Scheme. Structured deposits, time deposits longer than 5 years in maturity, bearer form deposits, offshore deposits, and financial products other than deposits (including bonds, stocks, warrants, mutual funds, unit trusts and insurance policies) are not protected deposits and are not protected by the Scheme.

  • Immigration Reform and Control Act Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, which requires employment verification and retention of verification forms for any individuals hired who will perform any services under the contract.

Parts 1500-1508) for Implementing the Procedural Provisions of NEPA, which requires Subrecipients to use all practicable means within their authority, and consistent with other essential considerations of national policy, to create and maintain conditions under which people and nature can exist in productive harmony and fulfill the social, economic, and other needs of present and future generations of Americans.

  • Data Protection Act 7.1.1 The Supplier shall (and shall procure that its entire Staff) comply with any notification requirements under the DPA and both Parties will duly observe all their obligations under the DPA which arise in connection with the Contract.
