Deposit Discrepancies. When you make a deposit to your account, we will credit your account for the amount stated on your deposit slip and we may provide you with a deposit receipt. We reserve the right to review the deposit and confirm the amount of funds you deposited but are not required to do so. If after any review we determine that the amount credited to your account is incorrect, we may adjust your account for the amount of the discrepancy but reserve the right not to do so if the discrepancy would not be a disadvantage to you. This may be the case, for example, if the amount credited to your account was more than the amount actually deposited by you. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we are not required to adjust your account unless within one year of the date of your account statement that shows the deposit either you notify us of the discrepancy or we discover it on our own. If you do not notify us of the error or we do not discover it on our own during this notice period, the amount credited to the account will be considered final.
