Common use of Department’s Role in Coordinating Governmental Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Department’s Role in Coordinating Governmental Reimbursement. Nothing in this Compact or the Attachments to it is to be construed as being contingent upon the availability or reimbursement of funds from any federal source and the parties herein shall fully comply with the terms without regard to such reimbursement issues. To the extent that Title 31 has been invoked and reimbursement is available from any governmental or other private sources other than as herein above provided, the Department will serve as a facilitator and coordinator for the collection and proper routing of reimbursement funds.
