Common use of Department Recommendation Clause in Contracts

Department Recommendation. 9.02.1 Decisions taken under this section must be reached by Departmental committees comprised of a minimum of four (4) persons who are Full-time Employees on continuing appointments. Where Departments cannot meet this standard, additional faculty will be added to the Departmental committee. Additional faculty will be selected by joint agreement between the appropriate Xxxx and the Department involved.
