Department of Information Technology. To: All Full and Part-Time Faculty The Information Technology department supports the teaching, learning, and administrative needs of the Asnuntuck community. It provides service in the areas of instructional computing, administrative computing, workstation and server hardware and software support, telecommunications, and telephone support. It is important to note that there is no food or drink allowed in any computer lab. Instructors and students may leave these items in the front of the labs, or on rolling carts on the side if available. Any files saved to the hard drive will be deleted when the computer is rebooted. Always have your students save to their OneDrive or USB drive. Department of Information Technology. DOIT’s responsibilities are to guide agencies statewide on acquiring, managing, and appropriately using IT. Also, DOIT is to oversee state departmentsmanagement of specific IT projects and develop policies for acquiring new IT software or hardware. DOIT communicates IT policies through the State Administrative Manual and management memos sent to all state departments. A department seeking approval for an IT project is generally required to submit a feasibility study report (FSR) to DOIT. The FSR gives the business and technical reasons to justify investing state resources in the project, why the proposed project is needed, the means for ensuring its success, and a comprehensive analysis of its benefits and costs. DOIT’s review focuses primarily on the project’s technical viability, justification, proposed management risks, and alignment with the State’s mission. DOIT is also responsible for monitoring projects to ensure compliance with statewide strategies, policies, and standards. Finally, DOIT develops best practices and guidance on acquiring, managing, and using IT, as well as directing how the State can use IT to reduce the cost of government.

  • Information Technology The following applies to all contracts for information technology commodities and contractual services. “Information technology” is defined in section 287.012(15), F.S., to have the same meaning as provided in section 282.0041, F.S.

  • Treatment of Information (a) Certain of the Banks may enter into this Agreement, the Local Currency Addendum and/or the Japan Local Currency Addendum and take or not take action hereunder or thereunder on the basis of information that does not contain Restricting Information. Each Bank acknowledges that United States federal and state securities laws prohibit any person from purchasing or selling securities on the basis of material, non-public information concerning an issuer of such securities or, subject to certain limited exceptions, from communicating such information to any other Person. Neither the Agent nor any of its Related Parties shall, by making any Communications (including Restricting Information) available to a Bank, by participating in any conversations or other interactions with a Bank or otherwise, make or be deemed to make any statement with regard to or otherwise warrant that any such information or Communication does or does not contain Restricting Information nor shall the Agent or any of its Related Parties be responsible or liable in any way for any decision a Bank may make to limit or to not limit its access to Restricting Information. In particular, none of the Agent nor any of its Related Parties (i) shall have, and the Agent, on behalf of itself and each of its Related Parties, hereby disclaims, any duty to ascertain or inquire as to whether or not a Bank has or has not limited its access to Restricting Information, such Bank’s policies or procedures regarding the safeguarding of material, nonpublic information or such Bank’s compliance with applicable laws related thereto or (ii) shall have, or incur, any liability to any Borrower or Bank or any of their respective Related Parties arising out of or relating to the Agent or any of its Related Parties providing or not providing Restricting Information to any Bank.

  • Information Technology Enterprise Architecture Requirements If this Contract involves information technology-related products or services, the Contractor agrees that all such products or services are compatible with any of the technology standards found at xxxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/iot/2394.htm that are applicable, including the assistive technology standard. The State may terminate this Contract for default if the terms of this paragraph are breached.

  • Supply of Information The Republic agrees to deliver or cause to be delivered to each Stock Exchange copies of such documents as may be reasonably required for the purpose of obtaining such listing.

  • Confidential Information and Trade Secrets The Participant and the Company agree that certain materials, including, but not limited to, information, data and other materials relating to customers, development programs, costs, marketing, trading, investment, sales activities, promotion, credit and financial data, manufacturing processes, financing methods, plans or the business and affairs of the Company and its Affiliates, constitute proprietary confidential information and trade secrets. Accordingly, the Participant will not at any time during or after the Participant’s employment with the Company (including any Affiliate) disclose or use for such Participant’s own benefit or purposes or the benefit or purposes of any other person, firm, partnership, joint venture, association, corporation or other business organization, entity or enterprise other than the Company and any of its Affiliates, any proprietary confidential information or trade secrets, provided that the foregoing shall not apply to information which is not unique to the Company or any of its Affiliates or which is generally known to the industry or the public other than as a result of such Participant’s breach of this covenant. The Participant agrees that upon termination of employment with the Company (including any Affiliate) for any reason, the Participant will immediately return to the Company all memoranda, books, papers, plans, information, letters and other data, and all copies thereof or therefrom, which in any way relate to the business of the Company and its Affiliates, except that the Participant may retain personal notes, notebooks and diaries. The Participant further agrees that the Participant will not retain or use for the Participant’s own account at any time any trade names, trademark or other proprietary business designation used or owned in connection with the business of the Company or any of its Affiliates. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, this Agreement shall not prohibit disclosure of proprietary confidential information if (i) it is required by law or by a court of competent jurisdiction or (ii) it is in connection with any judicial, arbitration, dispute resolution or other legal proceeding in which your legal rights and obligations as an employee or under this Agreement are at issue; provided, however, that you shall, to the extent practicable and lawful in any such event, give prior notice to the Company of your intent to disclose proprietary confidential information so as to allow the Company an opportunity (which you shall not oppose) to obtain such protective orders or similar relief with respect thereto as may be deemed appropriate. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement is intended to restrict, prohibit, impede or interfere with the Participant providing information to, or from reporting possible violations of law or regulation to, any governmental agency or entity, from participating in investigations, testifying in proceedings regarding the Company’s past or future conduct, or from making other disclosures that are protected under state or federal law or regulation, engaging in any future activities protected under statutes administered by any government agency (including but not limited, to the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Congress, and any agency Inspector General), or from receiving and retaining a monetary award from a government-administered whistleblower award program for providing information directly to a government-administered whistleblower award program. The Participant does not need the prior authorization of the Company to make such reports or disclosures. The Participant is not required to notify the Company that he or she has made any such reports or disclosures. The Company nonetheless asserts, and does not waive, its attorney-client privilege over any information appropriately protected by the privilege.

  • E5 Freedom of Information E5.1 The Contractor acknowledges that the Authority is subject to the requirements of the FOIA and the Environmental Information Regulations and shall assist and cooperate with the Authority to enable the Authority to comply with its Information disclosure obligations.

  • Freedom of Information 23.1 The Supplier acknowledges that the Authority is subject to the requirements of the FOIA and the Environmental Information Regulations and shall assist and co-operate with the Authority to enable the Authority to comply with its Information disclosure obligations.

  • Freedom of Information and Transparency The Supplier acknowledges that the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies are subject to the requirements of the FOIA and the Environmental Information Regulations and shall assist and co-operate with the Authority and the Other Contracting Bodies to enable the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies to comply with their Information disclosure obligations in relation to this Framework Agreement and any Call Off Agreements. The Supplier shall: transfer to the Authority and/or the relevant Other Contracting Bodies, as applicable, all Requests for Information that it receives as soon as practicable and in any event within two (2) Working Days of receiving a Request for Information; and provide all necessary assistance reasonably requested by the Authority and/or the Other Contracting Body to enable the Authority and/or the Other Contracting Body to respond to the Request for Information within the time for compliance set out in section 10 of the FOIA or regulation 5 of the Environmental Information Regulations. The Authority shall be responsible for determining in absolute its discretion and notwithstanding any other provision in this Framework Agreement or any other agreement whether the Commercially Sensitive Information and/or any other Information is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the provisions of the FOIA or the Environmental Information Regulations. In no event shall the Supplier respond directly to a Request for Information unless expressly authorised to do so by the Authority. The Supplier acknowledges that (notwithstanding the provisions of this Clause FW-40.) the Authority may, acting in accordance with the Ministry of Justice’s Code of Practice on the Discharge of the Functions of Public Authorities under Part 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (“the Code”), be obliged under the FOIA, or the Environmental Information Regulations to disclose information concerning the Supplier or the Services: in certain circumstances without consulting the Supplier; or following consultation with the Supplier and having taken its views into account; provided always that where Clause FW-40.5.1 applies the Authority shall, in accordance with any recommendations of the Code, take reasonable steps, where appropriate, to give the Supplier advanced notice, or failing that, to draw the disclosure to the Supplier’s attention after any such disclosure. The Supplier acknowledges that the description of information as Commercially Sensitive Information as notified to the Authority prior to the Commencement Date is of an indicative nature only and that the Authority and Other Contracting Body may be obliged to disclose the Commercially Sensitive Information in accordance with this Clause FW-40.. Subject to any information which is exempt from disclosure under the FOIA and notwithstanding any other term of this Framework Agreement or the Call Off Agreement, the Supplier agrees that the contents of the Framework Agreement and the Call Off Agreement are not Confidential Information and the Supplier hereby gives his consent for the Authority to publish this Framework Agreement and for the Contracting Body to publish the Call Off Agreement in their entirety including from time to time agreed changes to this Framework Agreement and/or the Call Off Agreement, to the general public.

  • Labor Law Information You acknowledge that if you continue to hold shares of Common Stock acquired under the Plan after an involuntary termination of your employment, you may not be eligible to receive unemployment benefits in Russia.   • Information/Cooperation Executive shall, upon reasonable notice, furnish such information and assistance to the Bank as may be reasonably required by the Bank, in connection with any litigation in which it or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates is, or may become, a party; provided, however, that Executive shall not be required to provide information or assistance with respect to any litigation between Executive and the Bank or any other subsidiaries or affiliates.
