Common use of Department Liaison Clause in Contracts

Department Liaison. In performing the services provided for in this Agreement, Contractor’s liaison with the [insert name of department] will be [insert name of contact person in department]. Appendix B Calculation of Charges List, as applicable: Personnel or Hourly Rate Flat rate for specified period (e.g., monthly) Rate for use of Contractor’s equipment, if applicable Rates for faxes (sending only), mileage, etc. Actual costs for contractor meals, accommodations, long distance and cellular phone charges, postage, vehicle rental, etc., subject to the approval of City. Any other applicable rates or charges under the Agreement. Appendix C Insurance Waiver  Use as appropriate and only if an insurance waiver has been signed and granted by the Risk Manager.
