Department Heads. Each department shall elect a department head from the full-time academic employees in the department who shall serve as representative for the department. The term of office shall be for one (1) academic year, beginning Fall Quarter unless a variation is agreed upon by the department and the division administrator. Any academic employee may serve successive terms.
