Dental Service Sample Clauses
The Dental Service clause defines the scope and terms under which dental care is provided to individuals covered by an agreement or policy. It typically outlines the types of dental treatments included, such as preventive care, basic procedures, and major restorative work, and may specify any limitations, exclusions, or requirements for pre-authorization. This clause ensures that both the provider and recipient have a clear understanding of what dental services are covered, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes regarding dental care benefits.
