Dental Care. This plan does not cover dental services except as stated in Covered Services. Donor Breast Milk Drugs and Food Supplements This plan does not cover the following:  Over-the-counter drugs, solutions, supplies, vitamins, food, or nutritional supplements, except as required by law  Herbal, naturopathic, or homeopathic medicines or devices Environmental Therapy This plan does not cover therapy to provide a changed or controlled environment.
