Density. For so long as this Declaration is in effect, and in the case of reconstruction of the Properties, neither Declarant, nor any Owner or successor in title, shall increase the density on ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ by creating more than one residential dwelling unit on each Property. Any reconstruction must comply with all zoning, building code, or other use restrictions imposed by government authorities, including but not limited to the City of Naples.
