DEMISE AND POSSESSION. 2.01 Landlord leases to Tenant and Tenant leases from Landlord the Premises described in 1.01. By entering the Premises, Tenant acknowledges that it has examined the Premises and accepts the Premises in their present condition subject to any additional work Landlord has agreed to do as stated on Exhibit B if applicable. Landlord expressly reserves its right to lease any other space available in the Project to whom ever it wishes, further Tenant hereby acknowledges that it did not rely on any other tenant remaining a tenant in the Project as a consideration for entering into this Lease.

DEMISE AND POSSESSION. 2.1. Landlord leases to Tenant, and Tenant leases from Landlord, the Premises and Equipment described in SECTIONS 1.1 and 1.2 of this Lease.
DEMISE AND POSSESSION a. Landlord leases to Tenant and Tenant leases from Landlord the Premises for the Lease Term. The Premises shall have an upper boundary of the underside of the floor slab immediately above the Premises and a lower boundary of the unfinished upper surface of the floor slab upon which the Premises are situated. The Premises are part of the Building.
