Demise and Description. City leases to BLC, to occupy and use for concession sales, equipment and inventory storage and related purposes, that portion of the CSC described in Exhibit A attached to and made a part of this Agreement (“premises”).
Demise and Description. Landlord leases to Tenant and Tenant leases from Landlord the premises described in Section 1 and depicted on Exhibit "A" attached (the "Premises"), which are located in the project depicted on Exhibit "A" attached (the "Project"). The Project is agreed to contain a total of 15,600 square feet of space at this time. All square footages set forth herein are approximate, but are agreed figures, and no claim shall be based upon any inaccuracy or remeasurement.
Demise and Description. 2.01 Pursuant to the Prime Lease, Landlord has leased from Prime Lessor approximately 44,485 square feet of Net Rentable Area located on the third (3rd) and fourth (4th) floors of the Building, all as more particularly defined and described in the Prime Lease (herein called the "Prime Lease Space").

Demise and Description. 1.01 Landlord, for and in consideration of the rents and covenants herein specified to be paid and performed by Tenant, hereby leases to Tenant, and Tenant hereby hires from Landlord, on the terms and conditions and for the purposes herein set forth the Land and the Building, together with all easements, rights and appurtenances in connection therewith or thereunto belonging, but subject to all easements, licenses, rights-of-way, encumbrances and all other matters of record in Tarrant County, Texas.
Demise and Description. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord, at the rental and upon the covenants and conditions hereinafter set forth, the commercial space referred to herein as the "Premises" and described in Exhibit B. The Premises shall be constructed in accordance with Exhibit C. Within sixty (60) days after the Premises are substantially complete, Landlord shall have the right but not the obligation to have Landlord's architect at Landlord's expense recalculate the Floor Area of the Premises, and if the calculation shows a deviation of more than one percent (1%) from the square footage specified in Exhibit B, and if Landlord accepts the calculation, the Lease shall be amended so as to reflect the actual Floor Area and corresponding Minimum Annual Rental and other amounts specified per square foot in Article 1, and other charges which are based on Floor Area. If Landlord chooses not to recalculate the Floor Area, then Tenant's architect at Tenant's expense may recalculate the Floor Area of the Premises, and if the calculation, as reasonably approved by Landlord's architect, shows a deviation of more than one percent (1%), from the square footage specified in Exhibit B, and if Landlord accepts the calculation, the Lease shall be amended as set forth above in this Section 2.1.

Landlord, for and in consideration of the rents to be paid and the covenants to be performed by the Tenant, does hereby rent and lease to Tenant, on the terms and conditions and for the purposes set forth herein, the following described property: All of the second floor area located at 00 X. Xxxxxxx Road, Melbourne, Florida, consisting of approximately 10,411 square feet, together with a non-exclusive easement to use the common building areas including, sidewalks, driveways, elevators, stairwells, and east entrance vestibule, (the “Premises” or “Leased Space”).

Landlord, in consideration of the rents and covenants herein specified to be paid and performed by Tenant, hereby leases to Tenant, and Tenant hereby hires from Landlord, on the terms and conditions and for the purposes herein set forth, that certain real property in the City of Windsor, County of Sonoma, State of California, located at 8733 Lakewood Drive, Suite A and the ATM room, consisting of approxixxxxxx 0000 xxxxxx xxxx xx xsable space and 2200 square feet of rentable space together with all improvements located thereon and all appurtenances thereto (the "Leased Premises").
