Demand for Possession. Landlord may, with or without terminating this Lease, immediately or at any time thereafter, demand in writing that Tenant vacate the Leased Premises and, unless otherwise requested by Landlord, thereupon Tenant shall vacate the Leased Premises and, unless otherwise requested by Landlord, remove therefrom all property thereon belonging to or placed in the Leased Premises by, at the direction of, or with the consent of Tenant, within three (3) days of receipt by Tenant of such notice from Landlord (which notice may be given by U.S. mail, certified mail, hand delivery, guaranteed overnight delivery service or, if Tenant is absent from the Leased Premises, by posting), whereupon Landlord shall have the right to reenter and take possession of the Leased Premises. Any such demand, reentry and taking possession of the Leased Premises by Landlord shall not of itself constitute an acceptance by Landlord of a surrender of this Lease or of the Leased Premises by Tenant and shall not of itself constitute a termination of this Lease by Landlord.

Demand for Possession. Landlord may serve a Demand for Possession notice at anytime after the fifth day of the month if rent has not been paid. A $20.00 service charge will be accessed and be payable by tenant should such notice be served. Surrender of the leased property by Tenant or eviction of Tenant from the leased property does not constitute or imply a termination of this lease agreement.
Demand for Possession. Upon Landlord’s written demand given to Tenant in accordance with paragraph 33, Landlord shall be immediately entitled to possession of the Premises if Landlord terminates this lease or terminates the Tenant’s right of possession or if Tenant is holding over after the term of the Lease has expired. Any demand for possession may be provided contemporaneously with any notice of termination provided under subparagraph (a) above. In the event Tenant fails or refuses to surrender possession of the Premises, Landlord may, in compliance with Article 2A of Chapter 42 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, reenter and retake possession of the Premises through a summary ejectment proceeding. NOTE: NC REALTOR Form 427-T, “Demand for Possession” may be used to comply with the requirements of subparagraphs (a) and (b) above.

  • Notice of Cancellation or Non-Renewal Policies shall be written so as to include the requirements for notice of cancellation or non-renewal in accordance with the New York State Insurance Law. Within five (5) business days of receipt of any notice of cancellation or non-renewal of insurance, the Contractor shall provide OGS with a copy of any such notice received from an insurer together with proof of replacement coverage that complies with the insurance requirements of this Contract.

  • NOTICE OF INTENT TO SURRENDER Any other provision of this lease to the contrary notwithstanding, at least thirty (30) days prior to the normal expiration of the term of this Lease as noted under the heading TERM OF LEASE above, Tenant shall give written notice to Landlord of Tenant’s intention to surrender the residence at the expiration of the Lease term. At any time during a month-to-month tenancy Landlord may terminate the month-to-month Lease by serving Tenant with a written notice of termination, or by any other means allowed by applicable Georgia law. Upon termination, Tenant shall vacate the premises and deliver same unto Landlord on or before the expiration of the period of notice.

  • Notice of Dissolution In the event a Liquidating Event occurs or an event occurs that would, but for the provisions of an election or objection by one or more Partners pursuant to Section 13.1, result in a dissolution of the Partnership, the General Partner shall, within thirty (30) days thereafter, provide written notice thereof to each of the Partners.

  • NOTICE OF INJURIES In the event of any significant injury or damage to Tenant, Xxxxxx’s family, or Xxxxxx’s invitees, licensees, and/or guests, or any personal property, suffered in the leased premises or in any common area, written notice of same shall be provided by Tenant to Landlord at the address designated for delivery of notices (identical to address for payment of rent) as soon as possible but not later than five (5) days after said injury or damage. Failure to provide such notice shall constitute a breach of this Lease.
