Delivery upon Request or Termination. Upon request by the Employer, and in any event upon termination of his employment with the Employer, the Executive will promptly deliver to the Employer all property belonging to the Employer, including, without limitation, all Company Information then in his possession or control. The Executive agrees that the covenant contained in Section 5 of this Agreement are of the essence of this Agreement; that the covenant is reasonable and necessary to protect the business, interests and properties of the Employer.
