Delivery Upon Request Clause Samples

The "Delivery Upon Request" clause requires one party to provide certain goods, documents, or information to the other party when specifically requested. In practice, this means that the obligated party does not need to deliver the items automatically, but must do so promptly upon receiving a formal request. This clause ensures that the receiving party can obtain necessary materials as needed, while avoiding unnecessary or premature deliveries, thereby promoting efficiency and responsiveness in the contractual relationship.
