Delivery Testing and Acceptance. All deliveries of equipment or physical goods required under this Agreement shall be F.C.A. Selectron’s facilities. Selectron shall provide Licensee with the Documentation and access to the Licensed Software according to the delivery, testing, and acceptance schedule and terms and conditions set forth in Exhibit A and Exhibit C.
