DELIVERY/RECEIPT. Carrier shall obtain a proof of delivery (“POD”) by notation on the ▇▇▇▇ of lading or a delivery receipt, signed and dated by the consignee. Carrier agrees to provide copies of POD's within 15 days of the date of delivery without charge to Shipper to substantiate delivery and billing for the services provided.
