Common use of DELIVERY/RECEIPT Clause in Contracts

DELIVERY/RECEIPT. Upon the return of the Aircraft to Lessor in ---------------- accordance with the provisions of this Lease, the parties shall execute a delivery receipt whereby Lessor acknowledges its acceptance of the Aircraft and that the aircraft meets the conditions specified in the Lease for return. Following such redelivery, Lessee shall have no further obligation to Lessor in respect of the condition of the Aircraft.
