Common use of DELIVERY/RECEIPT Clause in Contracts

DELIVERY/RECEIPT. Upon each deposit of Escrow Property, the Escrow Agent shall acknowledge receipt of stock certificates or other instruments representing the Escrowed Shares and any Distributions. The Escrow Agent shall hold the Escrow Property and shall administer the same in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
