DELIVERY PRESSURE. 4.1 The gas delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer shall be delivered at the Point(s) of Delivery at a pressure sufficient to overcome the operating pressures at such Point(s) of Delivery. Buyer shall cause such operating pressures not to exceed the Maximum Operating Pressure listed in Paragraph 3.1.

DELIVERY PRESSURE. 4.1 7.1 The gas delivered purchased hereunder by Seller to Buyer shall be delivered at the Point(s) of Delivery at a pressure sufficient to overcome effect delivery into Buyer’s gathering system against the operating pressures pressure prevailing therein from time to time. If any of Seller’s wxxxx are unable to deliver gas at such delivery pressure, neither Buyer nor Seller shall be obligated to install compression facilities at such Delivery Point(s) of Delivery. Buyer shall cause in order to effect such operating pressures not to exceed the Maximum Operating Pressure listed in Paragraph 3.1deliveries.
