DELIVERY OF PROJECT. 2.1 Completion shall be defined as the time at which VIDEONE presents CLIENT the PROJECT in its final and finished form suitable for broadcast but prior to price testing and insertion of 800 numbers.
DELIVERY OF PROJECT. The artist agrees to deliver the completed work on or before the requested date. If the provider is unable to deliver the work on or before the mentioned date and not as a result of the client, the provider agrees to either dismiss the work or complete the work at no extra charge to the client, or offer a discount for completed work.
DELIVERY OF PROJECT. RedByrd will use its best efforts to deliver the Project in accordance with the Project outline. Client acknowledges that any request for changes in the Project may result in delays in the delivery date. Any costs of shipping or insurance related to delivery of the Project shall be the responsibility of the Client. The Client will assume the risk of the product when in transit. SUBSTANTIVE REVISIONS If RedByrd receives a notice that Client is not satisfied with the work. RedByrd will make the requested changes (“Revisions”) within a reasonable period of time. If the Revisions will require 10-15% or less of the time required to produce the Work, RedByrd will make the Revisions at no additional charge. If the Revisions will require greater than 10-15% of the time required to produce the Work, RedByrd will provide Client with a fee estimate (at a rate of $120/hour) and delivery schedule and will only undertake the Substantive Revisions if Client provides written approval of the additional cost associated with the Revisions. CHANGES IN PROJECT If Client wishes to change the scope of Services or Specifications, Client must notify RedByrd in writing and RedByrd will confirm in writing whether it agrees to the amended Services or Specifications and provide an estimate of the fees associated with such amendments and additional payment schedule.
DELIVERY OF PROJECT. Notions Design Company Pty Ltd will use all reasonable efforts in the development of the Project and endeavour to complete and deliver to the Client all files, media and materials related to the Project by a specified time both parties agree upon. The effective date of this agreement will be adhered to provided that payment and all requested instructions and material have been received by Notions Design Company Pty Ltd from the Client. Any delay in the completion of the Project due to actions or negligence of the Client, transportation delays, illness, or circumstances outside the control of Notions Design Company Pty Ltd may alter the delivery date. Notions Design Company Pty Ltd will make every reasonable effort to notify Client of any delays to the estimated delivery date as soon as possible.
DELIVERY OF PROJECT. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, Manager shall assign and transfer to Owner all of Manager's rights, title, and interest in and to all transferable licenses and permits with respect to the operation of the Project, save and except the "Showboat Trademark" which will and shall remain the property of Manager. Manager shall peacefully vacate the Project. No signs or personalized property bearing the "Showboat Trademark" shall be purchased or used by Owner without prior written arrangements between Owner and Manager, which may need a license from its parent company, Showboat, Inc. Upon surrender, any exterior signs inscribed with the "Showboat Trademark" shall be removed as soon as is practicable, and in any event within fifteen (15) days of the date of termination. Additionally, any personalized property bearing a "Showboat Trademark" (including without limitation, ashtrays, office supplies, linen, glassware, paper goods, promotional items, guest checks, uniforms, carpets, and upholstery) shall also be removed as soon as practicable, and in any event within thirty (30) days of the date of termination.
DELIVERY OF PROJECT. Water Prior to Completion of Project Works. Prior to the date of issuance of the Notice of Completion of the Water Supply System by the Secretary, water may be made available for delivery by the Secretary on a "when available" basis at a water rate and other terms to be determined by the Secretary after consultation with the Contractor.

Producer will make reasonable effort to notify Client of any delays to the estimated delivery date as soon as possible.

Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon approval with the client. Any delay in the completion of the project due to actions or negligence of client, unusual transportation delays, unforeseen illness, or external forces beyond the control of the designer, shall entitle the designer to extend the completion/delivery date, upon notifying the client, by the time equivalent to the period of such delay.
