Delivery of Merchandise. Delivery of Merchandise required by the Agreement must be made in the quantities specified by University. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all Merchandise under the Agreement shall be delivered to the address specified in the Purchase Order (the “Delivery Point”), during University’ normal business hours, DDP (Incoterms 2010) or FOB Delivery Point, as applicable. Supplier shall pack all Merchandise for shipment according to University’s instructions or, if there are no instructions, in a manner sufficient to ensure that the Merchandise is delivered in undamaged condition.
Delivery of Merchandise. A. Principal shall deliver to consignee such quantity of its merchandise that consignee requires for sale from its place of business at 14370 Hwy 50N, Willow Xxxxxxx, XX 00000.
Delivery of Merchandise. All Merchandise ordered by Radial on behalf of Client shall be drop shipped by Vendor to the addresses set forth in the Drop- Ship Orders.

Delivery of Merchandise. Concessionaire shall arrange for the timely delivery of all retail merchandise and other items necessary for Concessionaire’s operations authorized under this Agreement at such times, in such location(s) and in a manner satisfactory to the County. The County may, as needed, issue terminal delivery procedures that best allows for the safe movement of vehicles at the Airport. The County may, as needed, issue schedules of acceptable delivery times, and the delivery location/point of access, vehicle size restrictions as warranted by written notice to Concessionaire, which the County may adjust from time to time, and from which Concessionaire shall not deviate without the County’s prior written consent. Concessionaire shall use its best efforts to complete, or cause to be completed, all deliveries, loading, unloading, and services to the Leased Premises during such times as the County may reasonably require from time to time. Concessionaire shall not allow delivery trucks or other vehicles servicing the Leased Premises to park or stand in front of, or at the rear of the terminal, except in otherwise designated areas or such other areas at the Airport as the County may reasonably require. Requirements for security screening of employees and goods are established by the Department of Homeland Security and may be changed from time to time. Concessionaires shall be responsible for complying with existing and any future requirements as well as any associated costs.
Delivery of Merchandise a. The Changing Room may arrange, at its own expense, for the collection of the merchandise that the Consignor wishes to sell, in the event of The Changing Room arranging a visit with the Consignor to evaluate the closet of the Consignor. Alternatively, the Consignor may arrange for the delivery at his/her own expense of the consigned goods to The Changing Room’s place of business. Please ensure that these items are insured before shipping to us.
Delivery of Merchandise. Vendor shall deliver all Merchandise as designated in Ingrxx'x Xxxchase Orders ("P.O.") unless Vendor rejects the P.O. within ten (10) days of P.O. date. Merchandise will be shipped regular/ground F.O.B. Ingrxx'x xxxehouse unless otherwise indicated on such P.O. and pre-approved by Vendor. Vendor shall bear all shipping costs and risk of loss or damage to Merchandise in transit. Risk of loss to Merchandise will pass to Ingram upon receipt thereof; Ingram will maintain insurance coverage adequate to cover the normal cost of Merchandise. [*]
Delivery of Merchandise. Consignor shall deliver to Consignee within days after receipt by Consignor of this agreement. The product shall be delivered and held for sale at Consignee's place of business at 00-00 00xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx 000, Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, XX 00000. Consignor shall pay all freight and shipping charges.
Delivery of Merchandise. For each Relevant Contract, and in the event Neptune has agreed to store (and has stored) such merchandise on behalf of the purchaser/consumer, the Neptune Society shall deliver, at the request of Service Provider and purchaser/consumer, to Service Provider (if stored by Neptune) the merchandise purchased by the Beneficiary prior to delivery of the Services for such Relevant Contract. Within thirty (30) days after the Agreement is executed by the Parties and continuing until all the Relevant Contracts have been fulfilled, the Neptune Society will deliver to Service Provider upon written request, and Service Provider will warehouse and inventory in accordance with the terms of each Relevant Contract and Applicable Law, a sufficient inventory of merchandise to provide the Services for a period of thirty (30) days based on the average number of fulfillments under this Agreement during the preceding thirty (30) day period.

The personal property shall be delivered to and shall be held for sale at Consignors place of business at .
