Delivery of Masters. A To the extent they are in the possession of XX.XXX it shall supply to DMI in respect of each Master with either:
Delivery of Masters. Author shall deliver to Publisher the final Win/Mac master for the first Work by March 15, 1996 and shall deliver the final Win/Mac master for the second Work by May 25, 1996.

Within forty-five (45) days after the execution of this Agreement, Falcon shall deliver to Distributor, at Falcon's sole cost, digitized pre-restored cleaned and remastered masters (the "Masters") of twelve (12) half-hour episodes of the Bozo's Big Top television show (as described in Article 2 of the License Agreement) in the following format: DVD-R. Distributor shall use the Masters solely for the production/manufacture of the Licensed Article(s). Within one hundred twenty (120) days after the execution of this Agreement, Falcon shall deliver to Distributor, at Falcon's sole cost, Masters of an additional twelve (12) half-hour episodes of the Bozo's Big Top television show. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary stated herein, the Masters shall remain the sole property of Falcon and shall be returned immediately by Distributor to Falcon upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason.
Delivery of Masters. WCO shall examine the Masters delivered to it and shall submit a written report to Galacticomm of any discrepancies between the functioning of the Masters and the specifications or the Documentation. Galacticomm shall utilize reasonable efforts in accordance with its maintenance policy set forth herein to correct any discrepancies so specified and deliver a corrected version of the Programs within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the report from WCO.
Delivery of Masters. DRI acknowledges receipt of all golden masters of the various versions of the Programs.
Delivery of Masters. Pursuant to the license set forth above, --------------------- Licensor shall provide Licensee two sets of masters for WebZinger, the Vizario Engineering Specification and the Vizario Proof of Concept. The masters shall be in machine readable, binary form and will include WebZinger, the Vizario Proof of Concept and the Documentation. The masters shall be shipped to Licensee within five (5) business days after the execution of this Agreement or as otherwise agreed by the parties.
Delivery of Masters. Within ten (10) days of the Effective Date, Licensor shall deliver to VoodooBeat, at Licensor’s sole expense and to the address and as otherwise directed by VoodooBeat, a copy of each Master identified on the Submission Schedule hereto, such copy to be in 16 bit, 44.1khz audio CD format, or such other audiophile format as may become available in the recording industry and requested by VoodooBeat. Said copies of Master shall become the property of VoodooBeat and VoodooBeat shall be under no obligation to return said Master copies to Licensor upon the termination of this Agreement.
Delivery of Masters. You shall deliver to Getty Images, at your expense and as directed by Getty Images, a copy of each master recording subject to this Agreement. Such copies of the master recordings shall become the property of Getty Images, and Getty Images shall be under no obligation to return said master copies to you upon the termination of this Agreement.
Delivery of Masters. To facilitate Partner's reproduction rights granted in this Agreement, Red Hat will provide Partner one master copy for each version of the Preload Licensed Works within ten (10) business days after Red Hat's corresponding availability release date. Red Hat may deliver such master copies either on physical media or via an image available on a reliable high-speed network server. Partner will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that all reproductions of the Licensed Works made by or for the benefit of Partner are accurate and of high quality and will distribute all applicable Documentation (including any applicable EULA) to End Users. Partner shall execute or have execuxxx written agreements with any of its Distributors, Authorized Installers or Authorized Replicators performing activities in accordance with this Agreement, the terms of which shall not be inconsistent with this Agreement. Partner may not distribute or permit the distribution of any Licensed Works to any End User unless such End User is subject to a corresponding end user software license agreement ("EULA") consistent with the GNU General Public License anx xxe EULAs included in or with the Software. Red Hat Linux Advanced Server is subject to the EULA set forth on Red Hat's website at http://xxw.redhat.com/licenses/advancedservereula.html.
