Delivery of Electricity. The Tenant is not entitled to supply and/or sell electricity and/or provide any of the electric services provided by the Landlord, for a consideration or otherwise except in case of delivery of electricity on the premises to a permissee and to other possessors under the agreement.
Delivery of Electricity. The Owner will deliver and the Buyer will accept delivery of Electricity and System Support Services with respect to each Unit at the applicable Delivery Point in accordance with Dispatch Instructions.

Subject to NIE’s obligations regarding regularity and quality of electricity under the Order, the Licence, and any other applicable Laws, NIE does not guarantee to deliver electricity through the Distribution System at all times or that electricity delivered through the Distribution System will be free of variations in voltage or frequency nor that the technical characteristics of the Distribution System will not change. The Connected Party should take appropriate steps to ensure that the Connected Party’s Installation is accordingly protected (including the steps referred to in sub-clause A6.2). Without limiting clause A15, NIE accepts no liability for damage to the Connected Party’s Installation to the extent that such damage is attributable to the Connected Party’s failure to take such steps.
Delivery of Electricity. 6.1 Delivery -------- All electric energy associated with Wholesale Transition Service shall be delivered to the Company in the form of three-phase, sixty-hertz alternating current at the Delivery Point(s). Title to the electric energy and any other associated services provided under Wholesale Transition Service shall pass to the Company at the Delivery Point(s), and Supplier shall incur no expense or risk beyond the Delivery Point(s) other than as provided for in this Article 6. If the NEPOOL control area experiences congestion, Supplier will be responsible for any congestion costs incurred by the Company in delivering Wholesale Transition Service across the NEPOOL Transmission System to the extent such costs are imposed by NEPOOL or the ISO on the Company. The Company may deduct congestion costs from amounts the Company owes Supplier pursuant to Article 5 and this
Delivery of Electricity. The electric energy from the Site Equipment shall be delivered from BASC to Customer at the Delivery Point and otherwise in compliance with all requirements of the Local Electric Utility. BASC does not warrant or guarantee the amount of electric energy to be produced by the limits on Site Equipment for any hourly, daily, monthly, annual or other period. BASC is not a utility or public service company and does not assume any obligations of a utility or public service company to supply Customer’s electric requirements. Title to and risk of loss with respect to the energy shall transfer from BASC to Customer at the Delivery Point.
