Delivery of Electricity. The Tenant is not entitled to supply and/or sell electricity and/or provide any of the electric services provided by the Landlord, for a consideration or otherwise except in case of delivery of electricity on the premises to a permissee and to other possessors under the agreement.

Should Seller fail to provide for proper synchronization of the Qualifying Facility with Xxxxxxx Energy’s or EKPC’s System, Xxxxxxx Energy reserves the right to isolate the Qualifying Facility from Xxxxxxx Energy’s system until the synchronization issue is resolved by the Seller. c. The electricity delivered by Seller shall not cause unusual fluctuations or disturbances on Xxxxxxx Energy’s System or the system owned by EKPC or other interconnected utilities. Accordingly, the Seller shall provide, at Seller's expense, suitable apparatus which will keep such fluctuations or disturbances within reasonable limits established by Xxxxxxx Energy and EKPC in accordance with IEEE Standard 519 and/or applicable standards. Should the Qualifying Facility cause unusual fluctuations or disturbances on Xxxxxxx Energy’s System or the system owned by EKPC or other interconnected utilities, Xxxxxxx Energy reserves the right to isolate the Qualifying Facility from Xxxxxxx Energy’s system until the unusual fluctuations or disturbances are resolved by the Seller. d. The Seller shall install a safety switch that will fully disconnect the generation circuit of its Qualifying Facility from Xxxxxxx Energy’s or EKPC’s System. The switch shall be of the visible break type which can be secured by a padlock by Xxxxxxx Energy. The disconnect switch shall be accessible to Xxxxxxx Energy and EKPC personnel at all time...
