Delivery Fees. The per-package Handling Fee and Release Fee (as set forth above) plus all other applicable postage, shipping and insurance charges, will be included in your charge, when IDS arranges for the shipment or release (i.e., withdrawal) of your Assets, in accordance with your written instructions.

Delivery Fees. Unless otherwise agreed, all costs associated with the delivery and collection of Capital Goods and/or Goods are payable by the Customer, whether Delivery is arranged by the Customer, TRT or a third party.

G. special handling and crating) and the schedule for delivery and installation shall be agreed upon with the Client prior to completion of the layout.
