Delivery and Payment for the Class D(2025-1) Notes. The Issuer shall execute and deliver the Class D(2025-1) Notes to the Note Registrar for authentication, and the Note Registrar shall deliver the Class D(2025-1) Notes when authenticated, each in accordance with Section 3.03 of the Indenture.
