Common use of Deliverable No Clause in Contracts

Deliverable No. 3 – Construction Tasks that are eligible for reimbursement are as follows: 1) Site(s) preparation and/or mobilization; 2) Purchase and installation of sanitary sewer pipes, to include all fittings, valves, pumps, etc.; 3) Purchase and installation of stormwater lines, to include all fittings, valves, pumps, etc.; 4) Purchase and installation of water lines, to include all fittings, valves, pumps, etc.; 5) Purchase of materials and restoration of roadway(s) and sidewalk(s); 6) Debris removal; and 7) Construction engineering inspection.
