Delinquent Dues. 1. If a Flight Attendant of the Company covered by this Agreement becomes more than 30 days delinquent in the payment of service charges, initiation fees, assessments and/or membership dues, the Union will notify such Flight Attendant by certified mail, return receipt requested, copy to Director of Inflight and the MEC President that she/he is delinquent in the payment of such service charge, initiation fee, assessments and/or membership dues as specified herein and subject to discharge as an Flight Attendant, and must remit the required payment within 15 days or be discharged. The notice of delinquency required under this paragraph will be deemed to be received by the Flight Attendant, whether or not it is personally received when mailed by the International Secretary-Treasurer of the Union by certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid to the Flight Attendant’s last known address, or to any other address which has been designated by the Flight Attendant. It will be the duty of every Flight Attendant covered by this Agreement to notify the Union’s Membership Department of every change in home address, or of an address where the notice required by this paragraph can be sent and received by the Flight Attendant if the Flight Attendant’s home address is at any time unacceptable for this purpose.

Delinquent Dues. If any Member or Interest Holder fails to pay any annual Dues installment when due, the General Manager or Initial General Manager, as applicable, shall give a thirty (30) days notice in writing in which to make such payment or payments. If such payment or payments are not made within that time, the Company through its General Manager or Initial General Manager, as applicable, shall be entitled without limitation to suspend Membership Rights, assess late charges of $25.00, assess collection charges, assess attorney=s fees and court costs and all other remedies provided in law or equity. A Member whose rights are suspended shall not be entitled to use the Member=s Campsite or any of the Recreational Facilities of Coho Estates, LLC until such rights are reinstated by the General Manager or Initial General Manager, as applicable.

  • Delinquent Payments 8F.01 Timely payment of wages and contributions to all trust funds provided for in this Agreement is essential for the protection of the beneficiaries. Delinquency and continued failure to pay wages and/or remit contributions to the trust funds shall be dealt with as follows:

  • Delinquent For reporting purposes, a Mortgage Loan is “delinquent” when any payment contractually due thereon has not been made by the close of business on the Due Date therefor. Such Mortgage Loan is “30 days Delinquent” if such payment has not been received by the close of business on the corresponding day of the month immediately succeeding the month in which such payment was first due, or, if there is no such corresponding day (e.g., as when a 30-day month follows a 31-day month in which a payment was due on the 31st day of such month), then on the last day of such immediately succeeding month. Similarly for “60 days Delinquent” and the second immediately succeeding month and “90 days Delinquent” and the third immediately succeeding month.

  • Delinquent Rent If not paid on the 1st, Rent shall be considered overdue and delinquent on the 2nd day of each calendar month. If Tenant fails to timely pay any month’s rent, Tenant will pay Landlord a late charge of $ per day until rent is paid in full. The Texas Family Code requires the following statement: “Under Section 231.006, Texas Family Code, the vendor or applicant certifies that the individual or business entity named in this contract, bid, or application is not ineligible to receive the specified grant, loan, or payment and acknowledges that this contract may be terminated and payment may be withheld if this certification is inaccurate.”
