Delegation of Powers of the Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent may, at any time when an Event of Default has occurred that is continuing, delegate by power of attorney or in any other manner (including, without limitation, under the hand of any officer of the Administrative Agent) to any person or persons or company or fluctuating body of persons all or any of the powers, authorities and discretions which are, for the time being, exercisable by the Administrative Agent under this Debenture or under the Act in relation to the Charged Property or any part thereof, and any such delegation may be made upon such terms and conditions (including power to sub-delegate) and subject to such regulations as the Administrative Agent may think reasonably fit.
