Delegation and Assignment. 17 A. CONTRACTOR may not delegate the obligations hereunder, either in whole or in part, without 18 prior written consent of COUNTY; provided, however, obligations undertaken by CONTRACTOR 19 pursuant to this Agreement may be carried out by means of subcontracts, provided such subcontracts are 20 approved in writing by COUNTY, meet the requirements of this Agreement as they relate to the service 21 under subcontract, and include any provisions that COUNTY may require.
