Delayed Reporting. A Crew Scheduler may contact a FCM when a delay is known as follows: 12.7.1 The Company will notify the FCM via a text/email/eCrew (Passive) message as soon as the delay is known when at Home Base, if the message or text is not acknowledged sixty (60) minutes prior to the scheduled report, the FCM will be called. 12.7.2 When a FCM is in a Suitable Accommodation away from Home Base, the Company will notify the FCM via a text/email/eCrew (Passive) message as soon as the delay is known, if the message is not acknowledged thirty (30) minutes prior to the scheduled departure time from the Suitable Accommodation the FCM will be called. 12.7.3 If a FCM is leaving their domicile greater than sixty (60) minutes before Report Time, they should call Crew Scheduling to inquire about the status of the flight if they have not received any text/email/eCrew (Passive) messages. If there is no delay, the original Report Time will apply. If the FCM leaves their domicile without contacting Crew Scheduling regarding flight status, the crew scheduler will call the FCM at sixty

  • Required Reporting Pursuant to RCW 67.28.1816(2)(c)(i): All recipients must submit a report to the COUNTY by December 15, 2020 describing the actual number of people traveling for business or pleasure on a trip during 2020: (A) Away from their place of residence or business and staying overnight in Pacific County in paid accommodations; (B) To a place fifty miles or more one way from their place of residence or business to Pacific County for the day or staying overnight; or (C) From another country or state outside of their place of residence or their business to Pacific County.   • Extended Reporting Period If any required insurance coverage is on a claims-made basis (rather than occurrence), Contractor shall maintain such coverage for a period of no less than three (3) years following expiration or termination of the Contract.

  • Tax Reporting (1) Prepare and file on a timely basis appropriate federal and state tax returns including, without limitation, Forms 1120/8613, with any necessary schedules. (2) Prepare state income breakdowns where relevant. (3) File Form 1099 for payments to disinterested Trustees and other service providers. (4) Monitor wash sale losses. (5) Calculate eligible dividend income for corporate shareholders.

  • Adverse Event Reporting Both Parties acknowledge the obligation to comply with the Protocol and / or applicable regulations governing the collection and reporting of adverse events of which they may become aware during the course of the Clinical Trial. Both Parties agree to fulfil and ensure that their Agents fulfil regulatory requirements with respect to the reporting of adverse events.

  • Information and Reporting The Adviser shall provide the Trust and its respective officers with such periodic reports concerning the obligations the Adviser has assumed under this Agreement as the Trust may from time to time reasonably request.
