Definitions Wages and Allowances. 3.1 Classification Structure The minimum rates payable to the following employees will be:- Labourer Level 1 (New employee less than 3 mths) $ 14.14 p/hr $ 17.70 p/hr $ 18.25 p/hr Labourer Level 1 (12 mths experience in industry) $ 15.31 p/hr $ 19.14 p/hr $ 19.80 p/hr Labourer $ 15.62 p/hr $ 19.53 p/hr $ 20.20 p/hr Tiler $ 17.01 p/hr $ 21.26 p/hr $ 22.00 p/hr Juniors Under 17 65% 17 years of age 75% 18 years of age 85% 19 years of age 95% Note: Juniors will receive the above percentages of the Labourer rate shown.
3.2 Wages and escalation Wages for all employees under this agreement will be increased by at least the amount of increase awarded from time to time by the Australian Fair Pay Commission
3.3 Payment of wages Wages will be paid weekly. Timesheets must be completed and signed within 7 days of wage payments being made. When time sheets are not completed by the employees as per agreement, wages for the following pay week may not be paid until this has been attended to.
3.4 Occupational Superannuation Superannuation payments will be paid in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992.
