Common use of Definitions and Construction Clause in Contracts

Definitions and Construction. 1.1 In this Deed including the preamble and recitals hereto (unless the context otherwise requires) any term or expression defined in the preamble or the recitals shall have the meaning ascribed to it therein and terms and expressions not defined herein but whose meanings are defined in the Original Loan Agreement shall have the meanings set out therein. In addition, the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings set out below:
