Definitions Alcohol. Concentration (or content) The alcohol in a volume of breath expressed in terms of grams of alcohol per 210 liters of breath as indicated by an evidential breath test. Controlled Substance Substances identified in Schedules I through V of 21 CFR 1308. Unless otherwise specified in this policy, the terms “drugs” and “controlled substances” are interchangeable and have the same meaning. Disabling damage Damage which precludes departure of a motor vehicle from the scene of the accident in its usual manner in daylight after simple repairs.
