Common use of Definition of Seniority Clause in Contracts

Definition of Seniority. A Bargaining Unit Employee’s seniority shall be defined as the length of time the employee has been employed at a facility covered by a collective bargaining agreement between the Employer and the Union. If a Bargaining Unit Employee voluntarily or involuntarily (not including termination for just cause) moves to another facility, the Bargaining Unit Employee shall keep their seniority.

Definition of Seniority. A Bargaining Unit Employee’s seniority Seniority within this collective bargaining unit is determined by an employee's length of continuous service with the Employer in a bargaining unit position. If a Bargaining Unit Employee voluntarily or involuntarily (not including termination for just cause) moves to another facility, the Bargaining Unit Employee shall keep their seniorityunit.

Bargaining Unit Employee’s Union Seniority - shall mean total consecutive years and months of service in any and all unit bargaining positions, since the last date of hire. If a Bargaining Unit Employee voluntarily or involuntarily (not including termination for just cause) moves to another facility, the Bargaining Unit Employee shall keep their seniorityemployee’s date of hire.

A Bargaining Unit Employee’s unit seniority shall be defined as the length of time continuous service since last date of hire with the County within the bargaining unit, since which the employee has not quit or been employed at a facility covered by a collective bargaining agreement between the Employer and the Union. If a Bargaining Unit Employee voluntarily or involuntarily (not including termination fired for just cause) moves to another facility, the Bargaining Unit Employee shall keep their seniority.

Definition of Seniority. A 1. Bargaining Unit Employee’s unit seniority for full-time, part-time, and limited time employees of record as of the date of this Agreement shall be defined as the length of time the employee has been employed at a facility covered by a collective bargaining agreement between employee’s continuous service with Memorial Health Alliance, Virtua - Memorial, Center for Women and/or CNS. “Continuous service” shall cover all authorized paid and unpaid leaves of absence and shall be computed from the Employer and the Union. If a Bargaining Unit Employee voluntarily or involuntarily (not including termination for just cause) moves to another facility, the Bargaining Unit Employee shall keep their seniorityemployee’s last date of hire.

Definition of Seniority. A Bargaining Unit Employee’s unit seniority shall be defined as the length of time continuous service since the employee has been most recent date of hire with the County within the Sheriff Deputy bargaining unit. Employees employed at a facility covered by a collective bargaining agreement between the Employer and the Union. If a Bargaining Unit Employee voluntarily on or involuntarily (not including termination for just cause) moves before December 31, 1996, shall retain their seniority date in effect on that date subject to another facility, the Bargaining Unit Employee shall keep their seniorityfuture adjustments as specified elsewhere in this Agreement.

If a Bargaining Unit Employee voluntarily or involuntarily (not including termination for just cause) moves to another facility, the Bargaining Unit Employee shall keep their seniorityBranch County E911 Communications Center commencing with his last date of hire.

Definition of Seniority. A Bargaining Unit Employee’s unit seniority shall be defined as the length of time continuous service since last date of hire with the County and/or Courts within the bargaining unit, since which the employee has not quit or been employed at a facility covered by a collective bargaining agreement between the Employer and the Union. If a Bargaining Unit Employee voluntarily or involuntarily (not including termination fired for just cause) moves to another facility, the Bargaining Unit Employee shall keep their seniority.
