Definition of “Products. For all purposes under this Agreement, “Products” shall mean all products planned, researched, developed, tested, manufactured, sold, licensed, leased or otherwise distributed or put into use by the Company or any of its Affiliates, together with all services provided or planned by the Company or any of its Affiliates, during the Executive’s employment.

Definition of “Products. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Products” shall mean only those products which are specifically described in Schedule A as attached hereto from time to time.
