Definition of Members. The Castlegate II Aquatic Center is a “neighborhood” pool and is not available for use by the general public. Its membership is restricted to the following classes of members: Resident - any person who resides in or owns property within the Homeowners Association of Castlegate II community is a Residential Member. Non-resident - any person who resides outside of the Homeowners Association of Castlegate II community, and has signed and agreed to the terms of their purchased membership. For purposes of the descriptions above, the term “residential property” shall be limited to the single-family residential homes owned by the resident. Builders owning property including employees of the builder are not eligible to be Resident Members. For Resident Memberships, only children, legal dependents (under 18) of the Primary Pool Member who reside at the Primary Pool Member’s qualifying residence, adult children temporarily away at college, or tenants listed on an unexpired executed lease are eligible to be included. Proof of tenancy, or dependency are subject to verification. Any other person (age of 18 or over) will must purchase separate Non-Resident membership, if available.
Definition of Members. The Pool & Tennis Facilities are “neighborhood” facilities and are not available for use by the general public. Its membership is restricted to residents and their guests only. POOL FEES The monthly association dues include membership to the Pool & Tennis Facilities. Members not in good standing will be denied access. Each residence completing the Membership Form will be provided with one (1) key fob for access to the Pool & Tennis Facilities. No (0) additional key fobs will be provided. The cost to the resident to replace a lost/stolen key fob will be $25. Upon issuing a new key fob to a residence, a lost/stolen key will be deactivated. POOL & TENNIS HOURS The Pool & Tennis Facilities will be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Pool & Tennis Facilities operating hours are Monday through Sunday, 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. All persons must exit the Pool & Tennis Facilities by 8:00 pm to allow for maintenance and quiet evening conditions for nearby residents. GENERAL POOL & TENNIS RULES Use of the Pool & Tennis Facilities is restricted to Association residents and their guests. The following rules and regulations are required by the Association’s liability insurance, City code, and are established, in part, by the Board of Health, for the protection and benefit of all Association residents and their guests to assure safe and sanitary operation of the facilities. Pool use is NOT A RIGHT. It is a PRIVILEGE for those residents and their guests who follow the rules, use common sense, are courteous to their neighbor, and demonstrate proper behavior. Residents and/or their guests who fail to comply with these rules will lose the privilege of using Pool & Tennis Facilities and their key fob will be deactivated. The pool, pool house, tennis court, and surrounding areas are monitored 24/7 by security cameras for everyone’s safety and protection. Camera footage will be used for rule enforcement and prosecution if necessary. There is NO lifeguard on duty and NO diving is permitted. An Emergency Phone is available in the pool house for emergencies only. The Pool house door and Pool gate lock after entering or leaving, and can be unlocked only with a key fob. To exit the pool area, a button is pushed on the exit post inside the gate. Under no circumstances is the pool gate to be propped open.

Residents and/or their guests who fail to comply with these rules risk suspension of all amenities. The pool and its surrounding areas are monitored by security cameras for your safety, protection, and prosecution when necessary. The Main Pool is 5 feet deep at the deepest end and 3 feet at the shallowest. There is NO Lifeguard and NO diving. An Emergency Phone 911, (RED) is available for emergencies only. The maximum capacity for the main pool is 96 persons. The gate locks after entering or leaving, and can be unlocked only with a key fob.
Definition of Members. All parties to this Agreement are Members of the Dakota 911 until a party withdraws as provided in Article XI or this Agreement is terminated by the parties.
