Definition of Materials. “Materials” means and includes work product and materials of any type or nature, embodied or captured in any media format, including, without limitation: data and information, methods, systems, algorithms, formulae, analytics, writings and works of authorship (whether or not protected by copyright), diagrams, illustrations, reports, charts, graphs, displays, financial information, contractual agreements, inventions (whether or not patentable), insights, any other materials created through the efforts of a Party. In addition, “Third Sector Materials” means Materials owned by Third Sector, including any model formulas, and “Grantee Materials” means Materials owned by Grantee, including Grantee data.
