Definition of Gross Receipts. The term “gross receipts” as used in this Agreement includes all money, cash, receipts, property, or other thing of value collected by Franchisee from both residential and commercial customers who use the service of Franchisee under this Agreement. Included in gross receipts is all sums collected by any companies operating within City which have cooperating agreements with Franchisee or its assignees, licensees or permittees rendering services for and on behalf of Franchisee under this exclusive franchise Agreement.
