Definition of Common Area. As used herein, "Common Area" means those areas and facilities which may be furnished by Landlord on or near the Property, as designated by Landlord from time to time, intended for the general common use and benefit of all tenants of the Building and their agents, representatives, Tenants, employees and invitees, including, without limitation, any and all stairs, landings, roofs, utility and mechanical rooms and equipment, service closets, corridors, elevators, lobbies, lavatories and other public areas of the Building and all parking areas, access roads, pedestrian walkways, plazas and landscaped areas.
Definition of Common Area. The term “Common Area,” as used in this Lease means all areas within the exterior boundaries of the Entire Premises now or later made available for the general use of Landlord and other persons entitled to occupy floor area in the Entire Premises. Without limiting this definition, Landlord may include in the Common Area those portions of the Entire Premises presently or later sold or leased until the commencement of construction of building(s) thereon, at which time such areas shall be withdrawn from the Common Area. Common Area shall not include (a) the entryway to a tenant’s premises, (b) any improvements installed by a tenant outside of its premises, whether with or without Landlord’s knowledge or consent, or (c) any areas or facilities that could be considered as Common Area except that the areas or facilities are included in the description of premises leased to a tenant.
Definition of Common Area. The term “Common Area”, as used in this Lease, shall mean all areas within the exterior boundaries of the Project (or areas immediately adjacent to the Project such as, but not limited to, landscaped medians), now or later made available for the general use of Landlord and other persons entitled to occupy Floor Area in the Project.

The term "COMMON AREA," as used in this Lease means all areas and the improvements thereon within the exterior boundaries of the Project now or later made available for the general use of Landlord, Tenant and other persons entitled to occupy floor area in the Project and their customers, including, without limitation, the parking facilities of the Project, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, sidewalks, walkways, parkways, driveways, landscaped areas, and similar areas and facilities situated within the Project which are not reserved for the exclusive use of any Project occupants and the exterior surfaces and roofs of all buildings (including the Building) located within the Project. Common Area shall not include (i) the entryway to a tenant's premises, (ii) any improvements installed by a tenant outside of its premises, whether with or without Landlord's knowledge or consent, or (iii) any areas or facilities that are included in the description of premises leased to a tenant, but Common Area shall include the ground floor entryway threshold, ground floor lobby, elevators and all stairwells (except the middle stairwell).

Common Area also shall include, without limitation, the common entrances, lobbies, restrooms on multi-tenant floors, elevators, stairways and accessways, loading docks, ramps, drives and platforms and any passageways and serviceways thereto to the extent not exclusively serving another tenant or contained within another tenant's premises, and the common pipes, conduits, wires and appurtenant equipment serving the Premises. Without limiting this definition, Landlord may include in the Common Area those portions of the Project presently or later sold or leased to purchasers or tenants, as the case may be, until the commencement of construction of the building(s) thereon, at which time there shall be withdrawn from the Common Area those areas not provided by such owner or lessee for common use. Common Area shall not include (i) the entryway to a tenant's premises, (ii) any improvements installed by a tenant outside of its premises, whether with or without Landlord's knowledge or consent, or (iii) any areas or facilities that are included in the description of premises leased to a tenant.

The term "Common Area", as used in this Lease, shall mean all areas within the exterior boundaries of the Shopping Center and adjacent streets, now or later made available for the general use of Landlord and other persons entitled to occupy Floor Area in the Shopping Center (including all landscaping, parking areas, parking structures, if any, and other improvements and facilities), accordingly, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Landlord may include in the Common Area those portions of the Shopping Center presently or later sold or leased to purchasers or tenants, as the case may be, until the commencement of construction of the building(s) thereon, at which time there shall be withdrawn from the Common Area those areas not provided by the owner or tenant for common use. At Landlord's election, Common Area also may include similar areas located within the exterior boundaries of the Adjacent Center and adjacent streets (whether or not the same is located on land constituting a separate legal parcel) and any "Shared Parking Areas" (as defined in Section 13.5) designated by Landlord. *** Confidential treatment requested.
Definition of Common Area. The term 'common area" refers to all areas within the exterior boundaries of the Shopping Center which are now or hereafter made available for the nonexclusive use, convenience and benefit of authorized occupants of Floor Area in the Shopping Center (excluding the "Food Court Common Area" located in the Food Court Building designated on Exhibit A), and including without limitation automobile parking areas, parking structures, driveways, open or enclosed malls, food court seating areas, sidewalks, walkways, public transportation and landscaped areas in and contiguous to the Shopping Center. Landlord may, at its option, from time to time add or delete property to or from the common area. In connection with the conduct of Tenant's business in the premises only, Tenant, its employees and invitees are, except as otherwise provided in this Lease, authorized to use the common area in common with other persons during the term of this Lease.

The term “Common Area” shall mean all areas and facilities within Phase I located outside the perimeter footings of the Buildings, including the landscaped areas, service areas, parking areas, recreation areas, trash enclosures, plaza, walkways, driveways, sidewalks, access and perimeter roads, and the like; but excluding from the Common Area all monitoring xxxxx, slurry walls, extraction xxxxx, remediation equipment, piping, and other equipment (collectively, the “Clean-up Facilities”) which have been or may be installed on the Project for the purpose of conducting monitoring and remediation of Hazardous Materials, and all water pipelines, drainage pipelines, hatch covers, xxxxx and other surface and subsurface utility facilities owned by SFWD which have been or may be installed on or under the Hetch Hetchy Easement (collectively, the “SFWD Facilities”). The Clean-up Facilities are or will be owned and controlled by Seller.
Definition of Common Area. The term "Common Areas" as used herein means all areas and facilities within the exterior boundaries of the Shopping Center (inclusive of the Leased Premises), that are provided and designated by Lessor from time to time for the general use and convenience of Lessee and of other tenants of Lessor having the common use of such areas, and their respective authorized representatives and invitees. Common Areas include, without limitation, all driveways, roadways, parking areas, sidewalks, signs, lighting, Common Utility Facilities, as said term is hereinafter defined, landscaped areas located within the Shopping Center (inclusive of the Leased Premises), all as generally depicted on the Site Plan of the Shopping Center attached hereto as Exhibit "A."
