Common use of Defective Products Clause in Contracts

Defective Products. None of the Group Companies has manufactured, sold or supplied products which are, or were, in any material respect, faulty or defective, or which do not comply in any material respect with any representations or warranties expressly made by such Group Company, or with all applicable regulations, standards and requirements.

Defective Products. None of the (a) Since 12 February 2004, no Group Companies Company has manufactured, sold or supplied marketed any products which arewere, or werewhen sold, in any material respectrespect dangerous, faulty or defective, defective or which do did not comply in any material respect with any representations warranty or warranties representation expressly or impliedly made by such Group Company, or with all applicable regulations, standards and requirementsit.

Defective Products. 5.6.1 None of the Group Companies has designed, manufactured, sold sold, distributed or supplied products (i) which are, or were, or, to the best of the Seller’s knowledge, information and belief, will become, in any material respect, faulty or defective, or (ii) which do not comply in any material respect with any warranties or representations or warranties expressly made by such Group CompanyCompany for such products, or with all applicable regulations, standards and requirementsrequirements in any material respect.

None of the 8.2 No Group Companies Company has manufactured, sold or supplied products any product or service which are, is or were, was or will become in any material respectrespect faulty, faulty defective or defective, dangerous (unless inherently dangerous) or which do does not comply in any material respect with any warranties or representations expressly or warranties expressly impliedly made by such any Group Company, Company or with all applicable laws, regulations, standards and requirementsrequirements in circumstances where the liability of the relevant Group Company is not fully covered by product liability insurance and will or is likely to exceed any provision or reserve for product liability claims included in the Last Accounts of that Group Company.
