Default Damages. Licensor and Licensee shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever as a result of the exercise of its rights under this License. Upon termination of this License due to a breach or default by the other party, the terminating party shall be entitled to recover from breaching or defaulting party all loss or damages incurred by the terminating party as a result of such termination, outstanding fees, costs, charges, assessments, reimbursements, and expenses (including, without limitation, costs of collection and reasonable attorneys’ fees).
