Default by Patriot. If, prior to Closing, Patriot defaults in ------------------ performing any of its obligations under this Agreement (including its obligation to purchase the Property), Crow shall have the right of specific performance as well as the rights and remedies with respect thereto as set forth in the Omnibus Purchase and Sale Agreement.
