Deemed Notice. All notices given to any Person in accordance with this Agreement will be deemed to have been duly given [a] on the date of receipt if personally delivered, [b] three days after being sent by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, [c] when sent by confirmed electronic facsimile transfer or [d] one business day after having been sent by a nationally recognized overnight courier service.
