Common use of Deemed Execution Clause in Contracts

Deemed Execution. A Person purchasing Units in an Offering or receiving Units as equity incentive compensation, shall be deemed bound by this Agreement as of the closing of such Person’s purchase or receipt of such Units.

Deemed Execution. A Person purchasing Units in an Offering including any Person purchasing Class A Units in the Initial Offering, or receiving Units as equity incentive compensation, shall be deemed bound by this Agreement as of the closing of such Person’s purchase or receipt of such Units.
