Deductions and Withholding of Taxes. There shall be deducted or withheld from any amounts payable to Employee for all federal, state, city or other taxes required by applicable law to be so withheld or deducted, standard Employee deductions (e.g., social security and state disability insurance) and any other amounts authorized for deduction by Employee or required by law.
