Dedication of Process Engineers Sample Clauses

Dedication of Process Engineers. The Process Engineers assigned to Customer shall be dedicated solely to Customer during the term of this Agreement and shall not be reassigned by Cypress without Customer’s written consent, not to be unreasonably withheld.
